Villeneuve-Renneville-Chevigny lies in the Marne department, about three kilometres from Vertus, on the southern side of the Côte des Blancs. The commune has Premier Cru status and borders the Val du Petit Morin zone.
- Location: on the plain and lower slopes west and south-west of Vertus, in the transitional zone between the Côte des Blancs and the valley of the Petit Morin.
- Vineyards: chardonnay is the main grape, as in the rest of the southern Côte des Blancs, on calcareous soil.
- Wines: fresh champagnes with the citrus and finesse of chardonnay.
- Producers: there are no well-known champagne brands based in the village itself; the grapes generally go to houses and cooperatives in the region.
