Sarcy lies in the valley of the Ardre, south-west of Reims, in the Marne department. It belongs to the Reims: Vesle & Ardre zone and has no cru status. The Ardre valley is a quiet, rural valley where small family businesses set the scene.
- Location: on the slopes along the Ardre, on the western side of the Montagne de Reims, in a rural area with small wine villages.
- Vineyards: meunier is the main grape, as in much of the Ardre valley, complemented by pinot noir and chardonnay.
