Chamery is a wine village in the Marne department (51), in the Petite Montagne de Reims, south-west of Reims. It lies on the western flank of the Montagne de Reims, in the Reims: Vesle & Ardre terroir.
- Cru: Chamery has Premier Cru status.
- Vineyards: as throughout the Petite Montagne, meunier plays an important role here, alongside pinot noir and some chardonnay. The soils consist of limestone with layers of clay and sand.
- Character: the champagnes are fruity and juicy, with the suppleness of meunier and the structure of pinot noir.
- Producers: those working in the village include Bonnet-Ponson and Feneuil-Pointillart.
