Champagne Siret Frère & Sœur is a family estate based in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs, bringing together two terroirs: the Côte des Blancs and the Côte des Bar in the Aube.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate farms 3.5 hectares spread over 25 plots, planted using massal selection. This includes around one hectare of grand cru in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, divided into 10 plots. The vineyards are farmed organically.
- Approach and style: Everything is done within the family and by hand, from work in the vineyard to numbering the bottles. The wines are aged for at least 48 months in the cellar and receive a low dosage.
- Cuvées: The range includes blanc de blancs and blanc de noirs (extra brut, also as vintages), a Rosé de Saignée, the Réserve Perpétuelle (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a dosage of 3 g/l) and a Coteaux Champenois. The Blanc de Blancs 2013 comes from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger.
