Champagne Delong Marlène is a family estate in Allemant, in the Coteaux du Sézannais (Marne), run by vigneronne Marlène Delong.
- History: Her father Gérard Delong founded the estate in 1966. When he retired in 2000, Marlène took over the business. Since her husband Damien joined in 2008 the roles have been divided: he works in the vineyard, she in the cellar.
- Vineyards and terroir: Around 5.3 hectares lie in Allemant, Broyes and Sézanne; the remaining 4.6 hectares are in Saint-Lumier-en-Champagne, in the hills of the Vitryat.
- Approach and style: Marlène keeps intervention to a minimum: very little sulphite, indigenous yeasts and bacteria. The estate already held HVE certification and is now certified organic.
- Cuvées: The Esprit Nature series comprises a Chardonnay (from two plots in Beauregard on clay-limestone soil), a Pinot Noir (from old vines in Allemant) and a Pinot Meunier. Other cuvées include Sans Filtre and St Lumier.
