Champagne Marcel Deheurles & Fils is a family house in Celles-sur-Ource, in the Côte des Bar in the Aube department.
- History: The Deheurles family had farmed vines for generations and sold its grapes for many years before it began making and bottling its own champagne in the early 1970s (around 1970). The house is still run by members of the family.
- Vineyards and terroir: The vineyards lie in several neighbouring villages, on the slopes around the Ource valley.
- Approach and style: The house emphasises respect for the soil and environmentally conscious vineyard work. It works with the classic Champagne grape varieties. The estate sells on site and also offers rural hospitality for walkers.
- Cuvées: The range includes a Réserve Brut, a Grande Cuvée Brut, the Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut White Pearl, the Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut Black Pearl, a Rosé d'Lys Demi-Sec and cuvées such as Céleste and Prestige.
