Champagne Lagache is a récoltant-manipulant with its own boutique in Pierry, close to Épernay.
- History: The estate was founded in 1959 by Gilbert and Monique Lagache. Their son Claude took over in 1981, and today it is run by his daughter Charlotte, who makes the champagnes together with her father. She represents the third generation.
- Vineyards and terroir: The family farms 10 hectares of vines. Since 2019 the estate has been certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE).
- Winemaking and style: Every stage is carried out in-house, from pruning and harvesting to blending, ageing, disgorgement and bottling. Annual production is around 100,000 bottles.
- Cuvées: The house makes eight cuvées, including a Brut, a Rosé Premier Cru and a Demi-Sec.
