Champagne Laculle Frères is a family estate in Buxeuil, in the Côte des Bar in the Aube département.
- History: The estate is run by the brothers Victor and Edouard Laculle; Victor is in charge of winemaking. The family has farmed in the Aube for generations.
- Approach and style: The brothers focus on terroir-driven, single-plot champagnes, produced as sustainably as possible along organic and natural principles. All wines are vinified in wood and aged for at least 24 months.
- Cuvées: Les 2 Vallées is a blend of pinot blanc and chardonnay from two different valleys. There are also single-plot cuvées such as Val Moignot (pinot blanc) and Bourdon (chardonnay), as well as the Plaisir Champenois.
