Lacourte-Guillemart is a family estate in Écueil, a Premier Cru village a few kilometres from Reims, run by Jean-Pierre and Christine Lacourte. The family has been growing vines for twelve generations and has made its own champagne since 1947; over time the property has been enlarged and modernised.
Vineyards In Écueil Pinot Noir dominates, bringing fruit and power; Chardonnay is also grown for finesse and elegance.
Method Every stage, from the vineyard to the finished product, takes place on the estate: tirage, creation of the cuvées, hand riddling, disgorgement and cellar ageing. The methods have been handed down from father to son.

- Rosé Brut and Rosé Demi-Sec
