Champagne La Rogerie is a small organic estate in the Côte des Blancs, with vineyards in the grand cru villages of Avize, Cramant and Oger.
- History: The estate was founded in 2015 by Justine Boxler and François Petit.
- Vineyards and terroir: La Rogerie farms 2.3 hectares organically, exclusively on plots classified as grand cru.
- Approach and style: Only blanc de blancs is produced. Each plot is vinified separately, without additives, after which the wines are aged at length in barrel and 'sur lattes'.
- Cuvées: Champ Bouton is a single-plot champagne from a lieu-dit in Avize next to Les Chantereines, where the soils are among the shallowest in Avize. Wine critic William Kelley describes aromas of crisp stone fruit and apple, with notes of white flowers, blanched almonds and citrus oil.
