Champagne Jorez-Le Brun is a producer in Ludes (Montagne de Reims), led by Denis and Sandrine Jorez, who have continued the eight-generation family tradition since 1990. The estate covers 6 hectares spread over the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de l'Ardre, the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay and the Côte des Blancs, where the three classic champagne grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Meunier) are grown.
The approach is geared towards sustainable viticulture and High Environmental Value (HVE) certification (since 2013), with respect for the terroir and the earth. Visitors are warmly welcomed for an explanation at the vineyard (often directly opposite the estate) followed by a double tasting of their champagnes in a reception room with historic photos and objects.
The range includes various cuvées, including:

- Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs Brut (between €20-30)
- Brut Nature 1er Cru (between €20-30)

The house can be reached at 39 rue Victor Hugo, 51500 Ludes, with opening hours generally 09:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00 (Mon-Sat). Group visits are possible for up to 30 people with an average duration of 90 minutes.
