Champagne‌ Jean-Philippe Trousset is a family business in Les Mesneux (Montagne de Reims) that has existed since 1958 and has been independent since 2008 under the leadership of Jean-Philippe Trousset. The vines cover 7.6 hectares on Premier Cru land in Les Mesneux, Sacy and Villedommange, with soils that are chalky, argilo-calcaire and sandy-loamy.

History: The heritage dates from 1956 when the grandparents took over the estate; Jean-Philippe took over management in 1992 and became an independent winegrower in 2008.
Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by hand and the wine is aged 9 months on fine lees in stainless steel or oak barrels, followed by 15 months in the bottle for blending and 3 years for vintage.
Vines: The vineyard consists of 41.24% Pinot Noir, 40.87% Pinot Meunier and 15.25% Chardonnay, with small quantities of Arbane and Petit Meslier.
Champagnes: The range includes the Signature (e.g. Rosé Extra-Brut, Brut Nature), the Cépages Collection (single-varietals such as Meunier and Pinot Noir) and the Cuvée Parcellaire.
Sustainability: The vines are grown according to HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) standards, with an emphasis on biodiversity and organic soil management.
