Champagne Hudelet is a family business founded in 1980 by Janine and Hervé Hudelet, who were originally farmers and planted their first vines in Rizaucourt. The estate is located in the Côte des Bar in the Haute-Marne (Champagne region), with operations in the communes of Richebourg, Rizaucourt and Colombey-les-Deux-Églises.
Vineyards and Winemaking
The business manages about 4.30 hectares of vineyards, where mainly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are grown. Hervé Hudelet follows a Démarche Qualité Vignoble (vineyard quality scheme), which guarantees environmentally friendly practices such as enherbement (ground cover between the rows). The grapes are pressed at the Coopérative Vinicole de Colombé-le-Sec, which covers a production of 160 hectares of champagne.

The range includes various styles, including:
- Champagne Tradition Brut
- Champagne Blanc de Blancs
