Champagne​‌​ M. Hostomme is a family estate in Chouilly, a Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs.

• History: The first traces of the Hostomme family in the area date from the early 16th century. In the late 19th century Paul Hostomme gave up mixed farming to devote himself entirely to vines; after the phylloxera crisis he replanted the devastated vineyards. In 1931 his son Marcel made the first cuvée, sold under the name M. Hostomme. Today his great-grandson Laurent and Laurent's wife Christelle run the estate.
• Vineyards and terroir: The estate covers 15 hectares, planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier.
• Approach and style: The estate is HVE3-certified. Ageing in vats and in barrels gives the champagnes their distinctive style.
• Cuvées: The range includes Tradition, the Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Origine and Réserve, a Blanc de Noirs Premier Cru, Arpent 5 Cépages Extra Brut and the Vikka Blanc de Blancs.
