Champagne Guillaume Selosse is the personal label of Guillaume Selosse, son of Anselme Selosse of the Jacques Selosse estate in Avize, in the Côte des Blancs.
- History: For his eighteenth birthday Guillaume was given a tiny parcel of old vines in Cramant, the lieu-dit Au-Dessus du Gros Mont. From the 2008 harvest he vinified this parcel separately. The first release, based on 2009 with reserve wine from 2008, appeared in 2016.
- Vineyards and terroir: The parcel lies in the Grand Cru village of Cramant and is planted with very old Chardonnay vines.
- Winemaking and style: The wine ferments exclusively with indigenous yeasts and is bottled as an Extra Brut.
- Cuvées: Au-Dessus du Gros Mont is a Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay. Production is tiny, at fewer than fifty cases per release.
