Champagne Guenin is a family estate in Essoyes, in the Côte des Bar (Aube) in the south of Champagne.
- History: The family has been established in Essoyes since 1648. The estate is now run by Sébastien Guenin, the eleventh generation of winegrowers.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate farms around 17 hectares, planted mainly with Pinot Noir and a small proportion of Chardonnay.
- Approach and style: The house makes wines with little or no dosage; several cuvées are released as Brut Nature or Extra Brut. For the prestige cuvée, barrel ageing can last up to ten months, followed by long ageing in bottle.
- Cuvées: Effloraison is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay whose name means "blossoming". Liliale (after the lily) is a Blanc de Blancs from Chardonnay. Vers le Bois is the prestige cuvée, which is also released as a vintage wine.
