Champagne​‌​ Goulard is a family estate in Prouilly, in the Massif de Saint-Thierry north-west of Reims.

• History: The Goulard family has been growing vines since the end of the nineteenth century. Today Damien Goulard heads the estate.
• Approach and style: The work is meticulous and respectful of the soil, and the wines are vinified parcel by parcel.
• Cuvées: The range includes the Rosé de Saignée L'éclatante, a rosé made by the saignée method, with aromas of red fruit.
