Champagne Fleury is a family estate in Courteron, in the Côte des Bar in the south of Champagne, and is regarded as a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture in the region.
- History: Jean-Pierre Fleury took over the family estate in the 1970s. From 1989 he began converting it to biodynamic viticulture, completing the conversion in 1992. In 1998 he became the first president of the Association des Champagnes Biologiques. The next generation has since taken over: Jean-Sébastien handles the winemaking and Benoît the vineyards.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate covers around 15 hectares in the Côte des Bar and is certified organic and biodynamic (Biodyvin).
- Winemaking and style: The champagnes are known for their expressive character and strong personality.
- Cuvées: The range includes the Blanc de Noirs, Boléro, Fleur de l'Europe, Sonate, Cépages Blancs, Cuvée Robert Fleury, 4 Cépages and vintage champagnes.
