Champagne Fallet-Gourron is one of the labels of a family estate in Avize, on the Côte des Blancs. The same family also releases wines under names such as Fallet-Prévostat and Fallet-Crouzet.
- History: The estate has bottled its own champagne since 1960.
- Vineyards and terroir: The family business farms about 5 hectares of grand cru vineyards, with Chardonnay in the leading role. The grapes come from the grand cru communes of Avize, Cramant and Oger.
- Winemaking and style: Many cuvées are blends of two harvests, with no vintage stated on the label. The wines age for a long time on the lees before disgorgement.
- Cuvées: The Fallet-Gourron label includes a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut and a Grand Cru Non Dosé.
