Champagne Esterlin is the brand of the cooperative of Mancy, in the southern hills of Épernay. Its head office is on the Avenue de Champagne in Épernay, while the cellars are in Mancy.
- History: In 1948 three families (Fransoret, Dehu and Cadestin) founded the Coopérative des Coteaux d'Épernay in Mancy. In the 1960s the first champagnes appeared under the cooperative's own brand. In 2025 it merged with the cooperative of neighbouring Vinay to form Vinay Mancy, with Gabrielle Malagu, formerly of Gosset, as cellar master.
- Vineyards and terroir: The cooperative has around 200 members, who together farm about 120 hectares. It has three pressing centres and is HVE-certified.
- Approach and style: Chardonnay plays a prominent role in the cuvées, which are made without malolactic fermentation.
- Cuvées: The range includes Brut Éclat, Sélection, Pur Meunier Extra Brut and Cléo, a 100% Chardonnay named after co-founder Ange Cléophas Fransoret.
