Champagne Collet is the champagne brand of the Coopérative Générale des Vignerons (Cogevi) in Aÿ, described by the Guide Hachette as the oldest producers' society in Champagne.
- History: The cooperative was founded in 1921 on the initiative of Raoul Collet, in the wake of the 1911 revolts against fraud. After the First World War, when phylloxera, wartime damage and collapsing demand hit growers hard, they pooled their grapes to sell champagne together. The brand honours its founder. In 2020 Collet left Alliance Champagne to become independent once more.
- Approach and style: The house draws on the vineyards of its grower members. In Aÿ, the Villa Collet project offers visitors a cultural journey into the 1920s and the Art Deco period.
- Cuvées: The emblematic Brut Art Déco is named after the era in which the cooperative was founded and is made from grapes from the Montagne de Reims and the Grande Vallée de la Marne. Other cuvées include Esprit Couture and Collection Privée.
