Champagne​‌​ Colin is a family business based in Vertus (Côte des Blancs), with a history going back to 1829. It is currently run by the seventh generation, brothers Richard and Romain Colin (and Delphine), who made the estate independent in 1997 after leaving the local cooperative.

• Vineyards: The estate manages approximately 11 hectares of vineyard. Most plots lie in Premier Cru villages such as Vertus, Bergères-les-Vertus and Cuis, with a few Grand Cru plots in Cramant and Oiry. The grape variety is 80% Chardonnay, complemented by Pinot Noir and Meunier.
• Approach: The viticulture is HVE certified (Haute Valeur Environnementale). The harvest is by hand, pressing is done in a traditional wooden press, and vinification includes partial malolactic fermentation and oak ageing. The brothers place great value on low dosage and preserving the finesse and minerality of the terroir.
• Champagnes: The range includes several cuvées, including:
• Cuvée Castille: An elegant Blanc de Blancs.
• Cuvée Alliance: A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier (sometimes with Pinot Noir).
• Les Grandes Terres: A Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs, sometimes millésime.
• Rosé de Saignée: A rosé with a lot of finesse.
• Grand Cru: Limited cuvées from Cramant and Oiry.

Visitors can visit the estate by appointment for tastings, located at 101 avenue du Général de Gaulle, 51130 Vertus.
