Camus-Sartore is a family estate in Villedommange, in the Petite Montagne de Reims, with three generations of winegrowers. The founder, René Sartore, an Italian immigrant, began growing vines in 1931 and made champagne from 1951. The Camus-Sartore brand was born in 1964, and in 1998 his granddaughter took over.
Vineyards
- Three grape varieties: mainly Pinot Meunier, plus Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
- Vineyard work is still done by hand, in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
- Certified VDC and HVE.

- Brut Tradition, Brut Prestige and Brut Elles.
- Brut Rosé Premier Cru: 50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, with red wine from the estate's own parcels.
- Brut 100% Pinot Meunier, Blanc de Noirs Audacieuse and Brut Blanc de Blancs.
- Extra Brut and Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs (BB0).
