Champagne Bruno Michel is an organically farmed estate in Pierry, just south of Épernay.
- History: Bruno Michel was originally a vine nurseryman before he and his wife Catherine set up their own estate south of Épernay. Since his death, the estate has been run by his daughter Pauline and her husband Guillaume Orban, who is in charge of the cellar.
- Vineyards and terroir: The vineyard is roughly half Chardonnay (including a premier cru plot), about 40% Pinot Meunier and the rest Pinot Noir.
- Winemaking and style: The conversion to organic farming began in 1998; the estate has been certified since 2004. Cover crops, compost and herbal infusions are used in the vineyard.
- Cuvées: The range includes the single-plot blanc de blancs Les Brousses, La Demi-Lune (Pinot Meunier, brut nature), the Assemblée cuvées and the Cuvée Blanche.
