Champagne Bremont (also known as Bernard Brémont) is a récoltant-manipulant in the Grand Cru village of Ambonnay, in the Montagne de Reims.
- History: In 1965 the cellars were dug by hand into the white chalk of Ambonnay. Today the estate is run by Anne and Thibaut, the children of Bernard Brémont.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate owns around 10 hectares of Pinot Noir and 3 hectares of Chardonnay, all Grand Cru: 98% in Ambonnay and 2% in Bouzy.
- Approach and style: Only the estate's own grapes are used and all the wines are made on site. The style centres on Pinot Noir, with Chardonnay in a supporting role; the main cuvées are typically blends of about 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay.
- Cuvées: Evidence Extra Brut Grand Cru is a Pinot Noir-led blend from Ambonnay.
