Bernard Gaucher is a champagne producer in Arconville, in the heart of the Côte des Bar (Aube). Guillaume Gaucher works mainly in the vineyards, runs the cellar work and creates the cuvées; Valérie handles the administration, welcomes customers and prepares shipments.
Vineyards
- The vineyards lie around Arconville, Urville and Ailleville, in a landscape of valleys carved by streams into limestone plateaus.
- Harvesting is done entirely by hand, with some 80 pickers, to select the best bunches.
Champagnes
- Réserve Brut: 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, made from several years; gold at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles in 2014 and 2015.
- Prestige Brut: vintage 2021, made from high-quality harvests.
- Blanc de Blanc: 100% Chardonnay; two stars in the Guide Hachette 2025.
