History:‌ The Bergeronneau family has been based in Ville-Dommange (Montagne de Reims) since 1590, where generations of coopers and winegrowers built the heritage. Florent Bergeronneau and Véronique Marion united their families in the late 20th century, with production based entirely on their own grapes. The current management lies with their son Fabien Bergeronneau, who continues the passion for the craft and the expression of terroir.

Vineyards: The estate has 8 hectares of Premier Cru vineyards, divided over the Montagne de Reims and the Massif Saint-Thierry. The grape varieties are Pinot Noir (25%), Pinot Meunier (50%) and Chardonnay (25%). A unique feature is the Clos des Bergeronneau, a rare walled vineyard of 2.1 hectares in the heart of the village, with 25% Pinot Noir and 75% Pinot Meunier, known for its aromatic concentration.

Approach: The house follows a philosophy of minimal intervention and focuses on preserving biodiversity. Since 2018 the estate has been HVE-certified (Haute Valeur Environnementale) and since 2020 fully organic. Fabien Bergeronneau experiments with oak barrels and emphasises the mineral qualities of the soil.

Champagnes: The offering includes various cuvées, including:

Les Deux Terres 1er Cru: A blend of both regions.
Rosé de Saignée 1er Cru: Made by maceration.
Clos des Bergeronneau: An exclusive, confined cuvée from the walled vineyard, often vintage-dated (e.g. 2007, 2012).
Brut Blanc de Blancs: Made from Chardonnay.
Cuvée F: Finalist at Jeunes Talents du Champagne 2021, with a dominant Pinot Meunier.
