About Champagne Lallier

History:​‌​ Maison Lallier was founded in 1906 by René Lallier in Aÿ. The company passed through five generations of the Lallier family, until Francis Tribaut took it over in 2004 to modernise production and specialise in grands crus. In 2020 an 80% majority stake was bought by the Italian Campari Group, with Dominique Demarville as general manager and chef de cave since 2021. The village of Aÿ

Aÿ is one of the best-known wine villages in Champagne. It lies in the Grande Vallée de la Marne, on the right bank of the Marne opposite Épernay, in the Marne department.
