About Champagne Jérôme Prévost

History​‌​ Jérôme Prévost founded Champagne La Closerie in 1998, although he had already inherited the vineyards from his grandmother in 1987. Originally he sold his grapes to négociants, but under the influence of his friend Anselme Selosse he began making champagne himself in 1998 in the latter's cellar in Avize.
