About Champagne Douard
Champagne Douard is an independent family house in La Chapelle-Monthodon, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne, now in its third generation. History In the 1960s grandfather Jean planted the first vines; at first the grapes went to Veuve Clicquot. Twenty years later Christian and Marie Christine Douard began selling their first bottles under the name Champagne Douard Christian, with the support of a cooperative.
