History: Champagne Cazals is a family business founded in 1897 by Ernest Cazals, a cooper from the Languedoc. The house is currently run by Delphine Cazals, the fourth generation, and is known for the innovation of the Gyropalette system for riddling bottles, invented by her father Claude. Le Mesnil-sur-Oger lies in the south of the Côte des Blancs, between Oger and Vertus, south of Épernay (Marne department).
