Champagne Rogge-Cereser is a récoltant-manipulant in Passy-Grigny, a village in the Vallée de la Marne.
- History: Martine and Jacques Rogge founded the business in 1982. In 1997 they decided to market their bottles under their own Rogge-Cereser brand. Their son Benjamin joined in 2000, allowing the range to be expanded.
- Vineyards and terroir: The family farms more than 10 hectares of vineyards, which are HVE3 certified.
- Approach and style: As a récoltant-manipulant, the house grows its own grapes and makes its own champagne from them. Visitors can book a tour with tasting, and guest rooms have been available on the estate since 2006.
- Cuvées: The range includes the Cuvée Tradition, Cuvée Réserve, Cuvée Rosé, a rosé de saignée, the oak-fermented Cuvée Sous Bois and the Cuvée Excellence. Benjamin's cuvée La Colleterie combines the three Champagne grape varieties in equal parts.
