Champagne Patrice Huart is a family business in Bragelogne-Beauvoir, a small village in the Sarce valley in the Côte des Bar. The estate was founded in 1997 by Patrice and Sylvie Huart. Their son Vivien joined in 2010, became a partner in 2012 and took over in 2020.
Vineyards
The estate covers 6 hectares in the Champagne appellation, mainly in Bragelogne and neighbouring communes of the Côte des Bar, and is farmed using culture raisonnée, with respect for nature and its cycles.
Approach
All the champagnes come exclusively from the estate's own vineyard and are carefully vinified in modern premises. Visitors can tour the presses, the vat room and the cellars.
Champagnes
- Rosé Brut: 100% pinot noir.
- Grande Réserve Brut: 80% chardonnay and 20% pinot noir.
- Prestige Brut: 70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay.
- Tradition in brut and demi-sec, a blend of several years.
- 5 Cépages: a blend of pinot blanc, pinot noir, chardonnay, meunier and arbane.
