Champagne Pascal Devilliers is a small family estate in Ville-Dommange, a Premier Cru village in the Montagne de Reims.
- History: The estate has been run since 1993 by Florence and Pascal Devilliers.
- Vineyards and terroir: The vineyard covers less than 2 hectares and lies on slopes classified as Premier Cru. The estate follows sustainable (raisonné) farming principles.
- Approach and style: Pascal Devilliers avoids malolactic fermentation to preserve the freshness of the wines. The cuvées are released only after several years of ageing sur lattes.
- Cuvées: The range includes the Grande Réserve, a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, and a Millésime made from equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. There are also a Blanc de Blancs, a Blanc de Noirs, the Florilège Extra Brut and a rosé (including a rosé de saignée).
