Domaine​‌​ Les Monts Fournois is a Champagne estate in Ludes, in the Grande Montagne area of the Montagne de Reims. It was set up by Juliette Alips, who grew up in a grower family and learned the trade from her cousins Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche. She graduated from oenology school in Beaune in 2020 and worked vintages at Louis Latour in Burgundy, G.D. Vajra in Piedmont and Roederer Estate.

Champagnes The estate will focus on the Premier Cru vineyard Les Monts Fournois. Until the first vintage of that wine is released, it offers a small selection of vintage Grand Cru champagnes sourced from well-known vineyards: a Côte 2015 from the Côte des Blancs, a Côte 2016 from the Oger Grand Cru and a Montagne 2012 from the Montagne de Reims.
