Champagne Juliette Pétret is a champagne house in Chouilly (Grand Cru, Côte des Blancs), founded in September 2023 by Juliette Pétret Martinval, the fifth generation of the family. The house honours the tradition of the Pétret family, which has been active since 1901 (founded by Eugène and Clotilde), and highlights the strong female leadership of past generations.
The vineyards cover 5 hectares and are located entirely in Chouilly, consisting of 12 plots with an average age of 65 years. The grapes are exclusively Chardonnay, with the exception of a limited amount of Pinot Noir (10-12%) from Bouzy that is used for the rosé champagne. The family has worked with Laurent Perrier for more than a century, with about 70% of production supplied to this house and 30% used for its own cuvées.
All production steps, including picking, pressing, vinification and bottling, take place on the estate in Chouilly. Juliette Pétret combines a modern vision with traditional craftsmanship and brought her own brand to market in April 2024. The champagnes are presented as unique cuvées that reflect different aspects of her personality, such as L'Originale, a fresh and light Blanc de Blancs.
