Champagne‌ Etienne Oudart is a family business based in Brugny-Vaudancourt (Marne), located on the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay. The history begins in 1904 when Martin Oudart bought 14 hectares of land, two hectares of which were vineyards. In 1958 Etienne Oudart took over the business and began commercial sales under the brand name "Champagne Etienne Oudart", initially with Pinot Meunier. Since 2006 the business has been run by his son Jacques and Jacques' wife Karinne, who have expanded the estate to 9.25 hectares spread over Brugny and Essômes-sur-Marne.

Viticulture is characterised by responsible winegrowing (raisonné), with respect for nature and biodiversity. The house style focuses on quality over quantity, with the winemakers taking the time for optimal ripeness. This pursuit of balance and aromatic intensity was recognised in 2018 with the Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne and High Environmental Value (HVE) certifications. The estate also offers wine tourism through Le Manoir des Arômes, a venue for accommodation and tastings.

The range includes various cuvées, varying in style and price:
