Champagne EPC is a young champagne brand based in Vindey, in the Marne department. The brand was launched in 2019.
- History: EPC grew out of the meeting of three descendants of grower families. At the end of 2022 the brand raised several million euros for its further development, including from well-known investors.
- Vineyards and terroir: The Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is a 100% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, sourced from plots in Avize and Oger.
- Approach and style: The champagnes are low in dosage; the Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is aged on its lees for a long time and given an extra brut dosage.
- Cuvées: The range includes EPC Brut, Blanc de Blancs Brut, Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut, Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, a Blanc de Noirs and a rosé.
