Champagne Copin-Cautel is a family estate in Vandières, a village in the Vallée de la Marne near Épernay.
- History: Philippe Copin took over the business in 1996, following three generations of his family. In 2010 he launched his own champagne. Following Champagne tradition, he added his wife Séverine's maiden name, Cautel, to his own.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate is small, with just over 7 hectares of vines. It also has a few plots on the Côte des Blancs and in Mareuil and Aÿ.
- Approach and style: The estate is HVE-certified (Haute Valeur Environnementale). It aims for wines with finesse, minerality and a character of their own. Tastings and sales are offered on site.
- Cuvées: The range includes Les Coudes sur le Zinc, Vieille Branche and Les Jeunes Pousses.
