Champagne Christian Gosset is a grower-producer in Aÿ, with most of his vineyards in the Aÿ grand cru.
- History: After some thirty years of winemaking at the family estate Gosset-Brabant, Christian Gosset set up on his own.
- Vineyards and terroir: He farms around 5 hectares, 3 of which are classified grand cru, mostly in Aÿ and the rest in Chouilly.
- Approach and style: The single-plot cuvées are vintage-dated, fermented in wood and given a carefully controlled low dosage. He also makes a Coteaux Champenois.
- Cuvées: The range includes numbered non-vintage cuvées (Brut A01 to A04 and Rosé A03), single-plot cuvées such as Croix-Courcelles, Loiselu, Les Pierres Robert and La Cheminée, and pinot noir-based grand cru cuvées, including a Blanc de Pinot Noir and a Rosé de Saignée.
