Champagne Albin Martinot is a family estate in Bar-sur-Seine, in the Côte des Bar in the Aube department. The estate goes back several generations.

• History: Albin Martinot took over the winemaking in 2005. He works alongside his wife Peggy.
• Vineyards and terroir: The vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.
• Cuvées: The range includes Tradition, Prestige, Clin d'Oeil Finesse and the Clair Choisi series (a blanc de blancs, a noirs et blancs and a rosé). Cuvée Rollon is a barrel-aged blend of mostly Chardonnay with some Pinot Noir, made in a small quantity. The Hommage cuvée is a brut nature from a Pinot Noir plot handed down by the winemaker's grandfather.
