Champagne‌ A. Perrard is a Champagne de Récoltant Manipulant based in Écueil, a Premier Cru village on the western side of the Montagne de Reims. The estate farms 5 hectares of vineyards in Écueil and the neighbouring Villers-aux-Noeeds, with a soil of chalk, sand and clay and a southern exposure. The encépagement (grape variety composition) consists of 75% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier.

The approach covers the entire production chain, from cultivation to commercialisation, using exclusively its own grapes. The range includes various cuvées such as Blanc de Blancs, Blancs de Noirs, Brut Tradition, Demi-Sec, Extra-Brut, Brut Rosé and Millésime. In addition, the house produces Ratafia Champenois, a drink made from unfermented grape juice and neutral champagne brandy.
