Champagne Marc Chauvet is a récoltant-manipulant in Rilly-la-Montagne, a premier cru village in the Montagne de Reims. The family traces its winegrowing tradition back to Nicolas Chauvet, a winegrower from Rilly who has lain buried in the village church since 1529. Family Brother and sister Nicolas and Clotilde Chauvet continue the work of their parents Claudette and Marc and their grandparents Andrée and René Chauvet.
