Champagne Diogène Tissier & Fils is a family house in Chavot-Courcourt, close to Épernay, founded in 1931 by grandfather Diogène Tissier. Diogène and Juliette had nine children; today grandson Vincent (third generation) and his wife Nathalie carry on the house, and their daughter Margaux is preparing to join them. The village of Chavot-Courcourt
Chavot-Courcourt lies on the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay, the hills directly south of Épernay, in the Marne department. The village has no cru status.
