Champagne Victor & Charles is a champagne brand founded by Antwerp-based Filip Mertens. The brand is named after his father Victor and his grandfather Charles.

• History: Mertens worked in the wine trade and spent five years at Vranken Pommery; he also worked at Champagne Lallier. For Victor & Charles he works with a French family that was already producing good-quality champagne. Whether the brand owns vineyards or works with contracted growers, and where exactly the champagnes are made, has not been disclosed.
• Approach and style: Le Brut is a blend of around 60% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir, partly aged in oak. Tasting notes mention brioche, white flowers and notes of peach and apricot blossom.
• Cuvées: Le Brut won a gold medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2025. The brand has also released the cuvée Karma.
