Champagne Lapie-Lamiable is the second Champagne brand of the Lamiable family estate in Tours-sur-Marne, a Grand Cru village on the edge of the Montagne de Reims. It is run by Ophélie Lapie-Lamiable and her husband Arnaud.
- History: Ophélie Lapie-Lamiable, the third generation, has run the family estate since 2006. The couple brought the distribution of their two brands, Champagne Lamiable and Champagne Lapie-Lamiable, together into a single, coherent and complementary range.
- Vineyards and terroir: The couple farm around 8 hectares in Tours-sur-Marne and Bouzy (both Grand Cru), Billy-le-Grand (Premier Cru) and in Essoyes and Fontette. The estate is HVE and VDC certified; in 2020 it began converting most of its vineyards to organic farming.
- Cuvées: The Lapie-Lamiable Brut is a blend of around 30% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay.
