Champagne Lamiable is a family house in Tours-sur-Marne, a Grand Cru village on the edge of the Montagne de Reims, now run by the third generation.
- History: Pierre Lamiable planted his first vines in the mid-1950s at the lieu-dit Les Meslaines in Tours-sur-Marne. His son Jean-Pierre took over in 1972 and began making the estate's own bottles. Since 2006 his daughter Ophélie Lapie-Lamiable has been at the helm, together with her husband Arnaud.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate farms around 8 hectares in Tours-sur-Marne and Bouzy (both Grand Cru), Billy-le-Grand (Premier Cru) and in Essoyes and Fontette in the Aube. It is HVE and VDC certified, and the Grand Cru vineyards have been organic since the 2024 harvest.
- Cuvées: Les Meslaines is a Blanc de Noirs of pure Pinot Noir from the plot of the same name, planted in 1950. Others include Terre d'Étoiles Grand Cru (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Tours-sur-Marne and Bouzy), Héliades Grand Cru Extra Brut, Graine d'Étoiles Grand Cru Brut Nature and Alhena Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs.
