Champagne Fabrice Courtillier is a family business in Colombé-la-Fosse, in the Côte des Bar (Aube), the southern part of Champagne.
- History: Fabrice Courtillier's parents were growers who delivered their grapes to a cooperative. He started out as a grower who harvested and handled his own grapes, before going on to make wine himself.
- Approach and style: The estate works with the three Champagne grape varieties Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay, which are vinified separately. According to the estate, the champagnes are made with rigour and respect for tradition.
- Cuvées: The range includes a Tradition, a Réserve, a Prestige, a Brut Nature, a Rosé and Pur Blanc, a blanc de blancs.
- Visits: The estate has a shop and offers tastings.
